Provides direct "peer-to-peer' outreach to researchers on IT services and opportunities. Gather feedback on service quality to more effectively meet research needs, identify opportunities to leverage new (or existing) technology to solve local research challenges. Engage specialty staff, when appropriate, to advise researchers on existing and emerging solutions. Identify and record themes and needs to drive the pursuit of useful campus-wide solutions.
